Lexan* Extrusion Resin
Resins for Extrusion Blow Molding
Specially developed UV-stable Lexan Resin extrusion grades can be readily extruded on conventional equipment. The range includes both linear and branched polymers for profile and solid, multi- and twin-wall sheet extrusion, including glass clear UV cap-layer materials. For typical applications many critical standards can be met for outdoor weatherability, while providing enhanced productivity.

UL rated HB. 200 series recommended when V-2 rating required. 7.0 MFR, for thicker sections without sinks. Internal mold release. FDA food contact compliant in limited colors.Effective January 15th, 2007 this grade will no longer be supported with biocompatibility information and should not be used for medical applications which require biocompatibility. Alternative grade HP6.
